J4 Hotels Legian BALI memenangkan kategori The Exceptional Guest Experience, Premium pada event Traveloka Hotel Award yang diadakan di Nusantara Convention Hall, Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD Jakarta.

J4 Hotels Legian BALI memenangkan kategori " Best Experience in Service, Premium" pada event "Traveloka Hotel Award 2018 " yang diadakan di Nusantara Convention Hall, Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD Jakarta, pada 19 Oktober 2018.

Penghargaan tersebut diserahkan langsung oleh GM Accommodation Traveloka, John Safenson kepada Operational Manager J4 Hotels, Mrs Ayu Manik.

Event ini merupakan event tahunan yang diadakan oleh Traveloka untuk mengapresiasi hotel-hotel di seluruh Indonesia. Untuk kategori Best Experience in Service dibagi menjadi 3 bagian yakni Value, Premium dan Prestige. J4 Hotels Legian Bali termasuk dalam Premium kategori yakni hotel yang dianggap telah memberikan pengalaman menginap terbaik dengan pelayanan maksimal.

"Penghargaan ini merupakan suatu kebanggaan bagi kami. Tentu saja ini merupakan motivasi yang besar untuk tetap menjaga dan meningkatkan standar pelayanan kepada tamu-tamu kami," ujar Mrs Ayu Manik, pada Jumat (19/10/2018).
